* Each room will be supplied with sound, screen and LCD projector; any other equipment is at the expense of the speaker. Conference sessions will run both days, April 1 & April 2, 2009. In Order to accommodate the greatest number of Companies we must limit your presentation to one day only. Presentation should be no longer than 50 minutes including questions and answers. You will be contacted with date and time slot (please let us know if speaker is not available on one of the days). Management will contact you regarding selection of your presentation.
